The flare at the top seems much more subtle than it appeared in the renders. Maybe it will be more obvious when the glass goes all the way up.

Basically what Germantower said... and with this tower especially, we should wait until cladding completion before judging since also.. 1) the flare at the very top will be mostly parapet and this is the most eccentric part of the curve 2) the construction elevator is built on the side of the building with the curve essentially inhibiting our eyes from truly seeing the curve.
