I guess that 30HY is now at around 305m and the core of 1MW is slowly approaching skyscraper height territories. I like how everything slowly gets together there.

35 is rising very quickly now and you can clearly see the curvature on 15 now.

Interesting, but just to name a few: Bank of America (2009), 11 times Squares (2010), Goldman Sachs (2010), 510 Madison (2012), 4 WTC (2012), 1 WTC (2013), 10 HY (2015) were not considered for this article. you forget cpt and steinway tower, cpt is the tallest building in miditown

Those are residential buildings; NYStruct was naming commercial buildings.
