I just saw a new Woolworths ad with our Wolli Creek store in it, I guess you were right Walexx they were filming and ad. Does anyone have an online link? It actually looked quite interesting but I didn't even realise Woolowrths Wolli Ck was in it until halfway through...

Thank, EK.

I was surprised when I saw the "More Savings" banner on the Wooloworths building. I don't think I've noticed it, but is it actually still there?

It's confirmed the empty shop 7/35 arncliffe st is a 24/7 gym franchise called plus fitness. http://www.plusfitness.com.au/clubs/wolli-creek

Is it big enough for a gym though? Will they provide locker rooms and showers?

I don't see how they can provide showers. Lockers probably. Personally I think there is market for a good gym as some of the gyms in the building are either dated or not big enough. I don't think that is the best location though. They probably only intend to service the building in wolli creek as parking would be a natural deterrent for outsiders.

Yeah strange location due lack of parking (for now), but it will atleast lighten up that dark corner of the street. It will be interesting to see the uptake consdiering there is already gym access for Disco Point and Proximity as well as the Meritons in Bonar St and people (owners) are already paying for those facilities in their strata fees.

Good to see more activation of the empty shops though.

One thing going for this gym is that the gyms in building do not allow free weights due to strata insurance conditions. Also variety in equipment is another plus.
