Yeah I never count my chickens till a tower has cleared that point of no return about half way up.

Watching Vision felt like this 5 years of this:

Baroque was really cool, I still would have liked to have seen that built somewhere. You guys remember this one? (below). An old concept for this site that was floating around years ago, before Vision.

That sure does look interesting. Like the colours. However, when you compare it to Skytower the sleekness of the latest wins through for me.

Incidentally, how high was that old proposal?

This may have an observation deck after all...

Ever noticed how every time a super tall is approved in Brisbane, the economy take a dive?

It happened in the 80's, early 90's on the Mincom Site, took a nosedive just after Vision started digging and now we have 222.....
