Nice breakdown of the mall / overall plan there. Very cool. A concert hall on the upper floors of a mall sounds quite unique.

But below is detail tower's design map.
Above dot line is 102floors. But i can not read what it was indicate title or describe name.(deck gallery?)

But onething is sure that 102 floor is "emergency escape floors"(in the case of FIRE for emergency shelters)
Tower have total 5 emergency shelters(those floor make ALL empty space for shelter) 22fl 40fl 60fl 83fl 102fl.

No, it's definitely not permanent. My best guess is it's to prevent wind from funneling through those floors while interior work is being done.

As you know there is "Anti - develop with Anti-skyscraper political tendency in skorea"
They call it 토건족(togunjuk-abusive words against develop and skyscraper).
Too many korean opposiste Lotte tower's construction plan.
Even they demonstrated and amok riots against lotte 123fl Skyscraper.
They seem like act if lotte tower completion then world will be catastrophe.(fortunately lotte tower appoved by Mr oh sae hun seoul mayor. If under seoul moneky regime then i believe it was 100% lotte tower cancelled)
But I believe Lotte tower will be shock in korean and changed their hypocrisy mind.

I believe they will bring their children and family to lotte tower's obsevotory deck and shopping.. What a ridiculous situation it is !!

Well, Korea's easier to develop than in most cities of America. I would say that at least the people in Korea don't have the power to actually stop a development by complaining to the government like they can in many American cities. Great example of this: San Francisco.

I hope this does not just stop half way up... like that derelict tower in Moscow. O_o
