Have anyone an idea, why there's an empty frond?

The empty frond was used as temporary housing for all the construction workers; during the time all the other fronds were developed. Once all the other fronds were finished the economy started heading South, which is why this one didn't get built.
I have heard it will be developed soon!

Can anybody post the updated Crescent map, so I can see which hotels have confirmed on the vacant plots?
Does anyone know if they still intending to open a school on the crescent, there was a plot of land reserved just after you crossover the bridge on the way to the Zabeel Saray?

Most importantly, with Wikimapia you can find almost any significant place you would want to find. Also, you can put there any places that may be meaningful to others.
You're welcome!

what will happen to the mall under goldenmile flats?

Hi Building 1, I have just read the hearing and the order at the dwt web site.. it seems to be that they will open building 5 and building 6 soon.. but i couldn't see any information regarding the mall -retail area? do you know anything regarding that?
we need a mall here in palm, it is so sad that they are not letting a completely ready mall to operate.
Also sad for us that we bought our houses with this commitments of mall & pool & gym etc...
i am still wondering why we are paying those huge amounts of service fees for the common areas which we have 0 access in...

I was told that they are handing over building 5 & 6 to the owners first. This will happen during June/ July 2014. The next phase will be the retail/ office and leisure units. I do not have a date for this yet but my guess is end of 2014.

A couple of more pictures from our Aquadventure Park visit. BTW Atlantis Hotel only gives access to the hotel lobby to persons using the hotel. Makes sense because of the crowds these days, it would really ruin the guests experience.

So many villas on the fronds... Crazy to be honest. I wonder if it actually feels cramped!
