Happy New Years Tampa Bay!

Wishing everyone a Happy New Years! 2018 is looking to be an excellent year for development and let’s hope that continues. But personally, I hope everyone has a fantastic 2018!

Be safe out there tonight as well. Uber or whatever if you’re too intoxicated and watch out for idiots on the roadways, there will be idiots.

Happy New Year to all as I believe that we will witness firsthand, that this may be the year that will go down as a significant turning point in the Bay area historically, when it comes to the amount of new hi-rise development and activity!
