Mmm... which one/side? Wasn't Federal Land the developer buying some of the homes in that neighborhood at the left hand side of Veritown (in this pic below) to create 6th Avenue? Makes me wonder which area has now been allegedly bought by Ayala? |

The church is nice but what this place need is a good private school that doesn't cost a fortune in tuition. Any word if there are plans to build one?

Japan to finance feasibility study for BGC-NAIA3 monorail
InterAksyon.com http://www.interaksyon.com/business/...naia3-monorail MANILA - Japan has agreed to finance the feasibility study for a proposed monorail project that would link the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT3) to Bonifacio Global City (BGC) and the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (NAIA3). "The government of Japan is willing to finance it. So, since there is no cost to the government, we are allowing them to undertake a full-blown feasibility study," Arnel Paciano D. Casanova, president of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), said. He said the study will look at aspects of the project other than the cost. Based on the pre-feasibility study done by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Transportation and Industry (METI), the project would cost P70 billion. Casanova said the proposed 12.56-kilometer alignment of the monorail project will start from the MRT3 Guadalupe station, enter BGC through the north gate and end at NAIA3. The monorail project should be completed by 2016 and would serve 12-15 million passengers. BCDA plans to pursue the project through a public-private partnership (PPP) scheme. |

Mmm... Wouldn't keep my hopes up on that one from happening anytime soon given the long term lease signed by those tenanting the said structure(s). Another reason why I don't think it's happening anytime soon is Ayala really has no urgency nor incentive for that matter to really needing to do anything on that property yet at this time given the still vast landbank they have in BGC. And their CityFlex and 34th St. Projects both have good acccess already. Besides those that would get the most benefit out of 7th Ave going thru and thru will be Federal Land and Megaworld, both of who have major projects on the other side of 32nd Street so I'm quite confident Ayala will be protecting and prioritizing their interest in BGC first before they touch that area/location. Just that developers, if they can help it, will definitely protect their competing interests. You noticed how Ayala even cut off 8th Ave., which is actually North Boni's supposed main Avenue, not even reaching 32nd street because of the Starbucks/Crossroads food court? Don't think that was accidental. That 7th Ave passageway may not happen soon but if there is some silver lining I remember seeing some old plans for that area where it was designated as commercial/entertainment, that is if plans have not changed. Guess that's something to look forward to!

Since 2007 wala pang masyadong projects sa North Bonifacio Area.
Ngayon nagsulputan na ang mga big projects like Veritown , Bonifacio Uptown etc... may kanya kanya na po silang thread , this thread ay dapat ng i-close ....para hindi tayo malito

Okidoki. If it's deemed that it's better to just retire the North Boni Thread in favor of a separate Veritown Complex thread and a Bonifacio Uptown Complex thread instead, then let's just do that to save bandwidth and cut down on open threads na rin. TY!
