more shahrak-e gharb?! that place is getting all of the development lol... it looks like a good project... wonder how well itl be kitted out inside..

BTW how far outside Tehran is Shahrak-e Gharb?

well , almost all buildings in tehran seems to be concrete , why not build glass buildings ??

Iono... Could never explain it myself, perhaps they want to keep the concrete industry afloat lol

I agree with you tho, glass is a lot better, especially in Tehran.. concrete buildings after a few years go grey because of Tehrans intense air poloution, looks really crappy... for example the Atisaz complex in Evin, Tehran

Btw, I believe Concrete buildings are prefered cuz they are cheaper to build and maintain.

It's on hold, If i remember correctly. There was some info about it a while ago. dunno where it is exactly but i think you'll find the thread if you search in the forum for "atisaz".
