Great pics, also for someone who rarely ventures East interesting to see how close WW is to some of the other developments on South Quay.

Looks like they have finally started to apply some sort of cladding to the bottom levels of 10 Park Drive.

Being of a certain age I have to smile when I see 10 Park Drive. Makes me reach for my box of Swan Vestas.

Is it just me or has the progress on One Park Drive been exceedingly slow so far?

Certainly when compared to the rest of what's been done at Wood Wharf.

Superstructure works commenced later than its neighbours, but they've been making good progress.

This is arguably the most reassuring of all London's developments. The quality of the clad, as seen on the Grid building, looks impeccable and hopefully this and the other phases will maintain the high standards. The construction is speedy and looks clean as a whistle. Eager to see some start on the office phases D1,2, 3,4 and B3 and C2 (which I believe were part of this first phase).

Wow I hadn't noticed that much cladding had been applied. Can't wait to see this complete.
