Yup which is why the name is ridiculous. If Yonge and Richmond was the name of a district then the argument made above about Yorkville might actually make sense. But it's not, LOL.

Wonder how this is selling, and if the marketing strategy has increased sales at all.

It's only pre-registration right now so sales aren't going so well yet.

Great location though so I'm sure it should sell at a decent pace.

You really can't see why they would want to use... oh, I dunno... only the most famous street in Canada in their marketing and advertising? A street that is less than a minute walk from the building? I suppose they should use a sidestreet that is practically a back alley in their marketing campaign. Yes, I'm talking about Victoria St. Ah, you people crack me up. Welcome to the real world. Next you'll be telling me you don't understand the concept of the Upper Beaches.

Pass it? Forget it. I'm selling it, plus folding chairs to boot! Five bucks a throw.

Show's over folks. Nothing to see here. Move along.

(I love saying that after witnessing some kerfuffle... usually downtown... at night... involving drunk people. Ah, drunk people. Gotta love 'em, just for the entertainment value alone. Although, they can be pretty annoying too. It's sorta hit and miss.)

I know you don't. That's okay because I usually have no idea what you're talking about, so I guess we're even.

See, you're someone that gets it. Aren't you the one that won the Aura height contest? You're on a roll!

And again you don't get it, I was moving on like you and making a joke. I suppose I will have to spell things out for you in the future like why some names really aren't as clever as you may think they are. You still continue to go on and on for somebody who has been saying drop it and move on.

Hey watch this, I'm not going to pounce on Aashiq for having a different opinion to me. You should give it a try some time. The world is a much more fun place when except the fact that people with will have different views then you and that's o.k.

Geeze as you like to say. LOL

Actually went by the site today; it really is a great location. Hop skip and jump from the heart of the city.

There's been a billboard up at the site for a while now, although I don't remember if there was a render or not. Either way it's an amazing location, and amazing looking building.

I just wonder how much they are going to sell it for. 60 Colborne and 88 Scott have been selling for a while at >$650/sq ft and are not yet sold out. I fear the market is slowing down for these super priced but otherwise just somewhat above average condos.

No hits, height reduction if infinite. I'd pass this as a 41-43 story development.
