Property consultancy Knight Frank has been instructed as the sole selling agent to a hotel near Manchester city centre.

The Holiday Inn Manchester - Central Park comprises 83 en-suite bedrooms, a restaurant and bar area, six meeting/conference rooms and benefits from approved planning permission for an additional 28 bedrooms. The hotel also has parking spaces for 71 vehicles.

Two new hotels have completed construction at Airport City Manchester, which will add 542 beds and create around 350 jobs.

Beijing Construction Engineering Group International (BCEGI), the joint venture partner in Airport City Manchester, finished work on the ibis budget and Holiday Inn hotels, which will now be fitted out before opening in August and September, respectively.

The next phase of development at Airport City Manchester is already under way with construction of a new 12,300 sq m TRIBE hotel, which is set to be the first of its kind in the country.

SLHA undertook historic research, significance assessments and heritage advice, which culminated in a successful listed building consent for the 19th century former shipping warehouse.
