If you have not visited Udita (Upohar is new-all the trees / plants have not yet reached their matured height), please go round and have look. You would know what could have been done in South City!. South city has so much of space-it had a tremendous scope for a good landscapeing.

Samrat are you sure about the construction start date. My friend booked unit in 2005 in heights. which was the 2nd project. I remember back in 2007-2008 right after the market crash the projects were halted as Unitech was close to bankruptcy. His Unit was promised for 2009 possession but he finally got possession in 2013.
Are you sure about 50 buildings completed to date. My understanding is Harmony and Cascade are still under construction. The proposed project was 50 buildings now 72 buildings and as long as price stays this good they will continue to add buildings.
