I can say AAI maintaining well at par with private within their limited resources.

I travelled Del_TRV indigo and confident that this route is one of the cashcows after seeing the crowd in this sector. Also when waiting for baggage I saw crowd in the hyd trv indigo and realised how indigo grabbed this opportunity. This was further strengthened when I counted the trv hyd sector whome many using this after visiting kanyakumari in addition to pax from Technopark vssc iiser etc
so after delhi, hyderabad non stop too is a hit ??

Yes I can say. I have video of towing of indigo from t1 to t2 which I will share tomorrow. The lounge is operated by some guruvayoor resort or hotels I don't remember. This is business class lounge of Emirates and Qatar also. Biggest drawback I observe is the waiting time to get baggage especially for bigger b777 of Emirates. It took more than 1 hr after immigration to get ur baggage. This need to be speeded up. The space is so cramped around this belt.

I have pointed out the wait time at the baggage retrieval area of B77W to the Airport Director and to the duty Airport Manager last month at the time of IATA code inauguration.

Thanks for taking up this issue. Hope it will be resolved. Also on exiting after customs one can see a counter typical of govt office with huge stocks of paper files welcoming you which is not a good sign. It is a huge fire hazard and don't know why such papers kept at the arrival corridor. It should be either digitised or shall be kept in a storage room. Such unpleasant view in open space shall be avoided
