STRAND, Helderberg, Eastern Falsebay

A real estate booming town.

Thryve, if possible, could all the Strand development posts be joined? They're scattered all over.

The Strand Pavillion- not much of a pavillion. The jetty might get a new facelift. It would be great to see it being transformed into a Brighton-type pavillion.

Cap d'Azure apartments. my fave Miami style block

can't get enough of this baby!

my last feeling of the starnd was that it had huggggge potential and some great new architecture but the public areas (sidewalks etc) felt and looked very 3rd rate(asphalt pavement instead of nice brick paterns etc) , also they could bring some more palms and greenery to the public areas and have some nice new modern street furniture.
Im sure will all the development happening there that the local council will be forced to clean up the place

I agree SA Boy. apart from the new apartmenst the rest of the town is a bit of a dump and there are no good cafes or restaurants etc.
