I think the most impressive part of the building is the sheer blank concrete spire thing at the top, which alone is as big as a huge, solid, monolithic Eiffel Tower.

I'm not an expert, but I was checking the webcam right now and I saw these kind of cranes that I marked in red. Does this mean they are pouring concrete in both wings and core at the same time now?

My understanding is they are not in operation when in that configuration. Only when they are stretched out are they actually pouring the concrete...

Correct. They unfold and extend out. Typically they are remote controlled and move around. There will be a steel pump line back to ground level where the pump is.

Ah ok! Everything understood now. I was thinking that if they were present that meant there was a concrete pouring. Thanks for the clarification!

Have they gotten around to installing utilities on the lower floors yet? If not is there a hold up? It just seems like there should be more activity closer to the ground than there is.
