Basic Differences :

Engine CC:
B9R - 9000 CC
B11R - 11000 CC

Horse Power (HP):
B9R - 340 HP
B11R - 370 HP

Torque:
B9R - 1740Nm
B11R - 1770Nm

Length of the Chassis:
B9R - 13.7 Meters
B11R - 14.5 Meters (Longest Intercity Coach in India)

Due to the extra length, you get 1 row of seats (4 seats) extra in B11R.

Yes Canara Pinto is the oldest of all .The pricing was constant most of time but off late this route has also season fluctuations during off season with a increase during summer season.

VRL does follow least pricing strategy here especially for their Mangalore-Pune service.

Real classic. The subway is yet to be built. The road dividers are painted in black and white. The single decker bus is of a model which has been phased out. When was this? Must have been before 1998.

Vehicle registration plates on the bus are also Black on White, pre 2000.
Judging by the colour of the traffic signals [poles], you're right. Somewhere, latter half of 1998.
