Although the prior version was better, this will still be an awesome 750' tower that other cities would eagerly welcome!

I can't wait to see what Worldwide plans for the Bloomingdales site.

It looks great, but it would be greater if it was a square. It looks like it belongs in Atlantic City on the fat side. But maybe it would be too skinny if it was square? Maybe we can design 22 Thames Street as a taller, square version of this.

Nice. I'm happy it isn't square. There are quite enough box designs in NY, allthough some look very good.

Since NY is so huge, it has way more non- boxy towers than any other city. Non-boxy towers are a relatively new thing.
