Davis Island Development News

Not sure how much we'll actually need this thread, but there's a portal entry at 91 Davis Blvd. that just went up for an 11 unit "multi family" project. The entry is empty for now.

I think it already has an 11 unit apt building on the parcel?

Cool... That's what I figured they must be doing... They're upsizing units, with the added bonus of getting units up out of the base flood plane.

But no added density. I think they'll actually cut a unit from the existing development, which appears to have 12 units. Oh well, that's the Davis Islands Village Plan for ya.

This project is now called "The Islander" and is moving through the building permit process.

It's a condo project.
