I think they are as cheap as they are going to be now. With Bush out of office, there will be renewed optimism for the future and prices will be begin to rise.

The highrise buildings in Miami harmonize so well with each other. I know we are NOT supposed to make comparisons, but Miami is a wee bit more elegant than Las Vegas (don't get me wrong I love Vegas!) ... then again I'm sure gaudy Vegas is not trying to be "elegant" ... but ... Miami is a classier city.
