Ive looked ahead and calculated it will be another 50 floors more, thus 156 or concrete topout by sept07.or 586m, tallest free standing structure.

I just hope they build this to 800m otherwise there will be alot of disapointed members to say the least.

Almost the Eifle Tower of of 21st Century.

well it will be atleast 705m, which was approved as original plans submitted. Since them they have relodged plans to 808m. so this will be mimimum height as we speak. theres talk of extending spire to 850m or higher. i reckon it will be perfect at 808m or half a mile high!

The floors plates have stopped rising. That’s what rocks about this building is that it's on a smaller scale to the next generation of super structures like Russia tower and SWFC. Also any height gains made will be in the middle of the concrete structure and the steel structure meaning you can get an elongated design making a spike like structure. A very effective design if you want height for cost. Not to mention it's sexy.
