thanks Urban. Never seen our city so craned up and theres a few more to come by years out.
btw in your last photo, is there any plans for that ex service station site opposite the pub on Whitmore Sq. I have never ever wanted to live around Whitmore Sq due to the homeless ferals but something has changed in the last few years to make it a nice area to live in. Would love to live there now

Adelaide sure is 'craned-up' eastadl. Good times, especially considering we are almost at our all time crane record too.
There are no plans for the site opposite the pub on Whitmore Square. The owners have tried to get open air car parking on-site, appealed Council's refusal in the courts too. I don't think they were successful thankfully. Not sure what the plans are for this site now. |

nice one, this part of the city used to look pretty average. Now there are new buildings everywhere.
This development still are quite cagey about advertising the price range for their apartments though
