I agree with you, very little happening, not sure what happened to our friend CM, he was kinda getting the camera out for a while but there's a few more requests still to be updated!! I sure hope he's okay!

JLL says most of the upcoming residential supply will be located outside of central Dubai in areas to the south and east of the city. The largest proportion of future stock from 2013 to 2015 will be delivered in the submarkets of Dubailand (7,900 units); Business Bay (3,800 units); and Dubai Sports City (3,800 units).

Does anyone know if Arena Mall will ever get built. Carrefour say 2013 but it's probably closer to 2030?

It hasn't started it was placed on hold back in 2010 to be completed in 2013. Carrefour ?

My goodness it's 2013 now, they haven't started so it's doubtful what carrefours say is believeable. DSC is the master developer and they haven't said a word about this one otherwise it would all be over their website.

Ok, posted some pics of Elite 5 as requested but turns out the link for Elite 5 was Elite 4 ????? Anyway, pics are on and works are taking place on-site.

Reposted them for you on the Elite 5 Thread in DSC. Just delete over there Elite IV (4) is already completed. This developer is going pretty well considering they had 7 projects, the problem is others have only one or 2 and have not been completed and this is the real concern. Thanks for the pics I'm sure all the Elite 5 investors are seeing at least some progress on this one.

Rob, the arena mall also, any update on that or is that still a vision in the making, there are no updates on the DSC site and the last media article was more than 3 years ago, also the 60,000 multipurpose stadium. Thanks Rob.
