I'll be trying to take some photos of a few projects this weekend, so expect some updates early next week!

They sure have moved since Tuesday. I noticed that they had the basement walls all reinforced with concrete on the corner of Alice and Albert (which I was pleased to see) but didn't see much sign of all their cubby holes.

They sure are moving. Concrete and anchoring everywhere. A helmet guy I spoke to reckons they'll be bottomed out by the end of September. He thinks they've cut back on the number of levels of basement. That figures, seeing as they knocked four floors off the height. Someone might know how many basement levels there is now going to be?

Great shots, without a doubt the top resi tower in Brissy, both to live in and in terms of it's design. Just a shame it's so short, but still, if they were all this quality I wouldn't even mind that much.

Does anyone have the latest set of floor plates for Abian?

The project now has 147 apartments however all of PDOnline floor plans are old with the scheme of over 200 apartments.

I would have thought everything had to go up on PDOnline including revised floor plates? Strange.

I have seem them before on PDOnline, but can't remember where exactly - as it was a variation to an approved DA I believe it came through in a letter format, perhaps from a town planning consultant, and the changes to the plans were appendices to the letter.

Yeah, have a look at the documents submitted after the official approval date.

Here are some photos of the Abian site from this morning. I too was wondering how many levels they have to excavate. I found some drawings in a DA for Filling and Excavtion (A003897288) which indicates it will be 5 levels down, so a bit of digging to do.

A few update photos from last night (a bit later than I wanted, bit too dark for my liking). Still dig-dig-digging, but we're getting deeper.
