They could always change tower use if they find there is a demand.

from what I was told it has to be a 5 star hotel with pool and amenities
you cant get that in office towers, so it probably rules out hotel in office towers
or maybe a luxury office tower with a sports complex.

Tel Aviv city council sold its share in Kikar Atarim parking for 150 million NIS

The buyer who previously owned 27% share of the parking now is the sole owner.
He is also the owner of the whole Kikar Atarim compound.

Cant wait for Corner Market to be completed. Israel need more of these kind of buildings. Looks very European!
