It'll just be the same as level 39 on Novotel

What happened here? They just stopped the east tower at level 5? No visible changes In the last month or so?

I'd assume that core is just part of the podium.

I think you're right. It looks too insubstantial to be a core for the tall element. Unlike the professionalism of the Wood Wharf site, there is really little evidence of what is happening here.

Nope - that is definitely the East Tower Core. The exposed rebar shows that it's supposed to continue. Strange that they've stopped there. I wonder if it's a stub for a jumpform rig launch?

The central core had to reach a specific height by a specific date to meet planning requirements, there are outrigger walls to join onto the core this will happen when the floor plates catch up then the core will receive sliding form work and the core and floor plates launch into their building sequence, the capping beam is currently being demolished on the northeast corner so a new bigger capping beam can be cast in order to receive the new mega Colums that from the ground floor

"First residents expected to move in during 2019" - so they better get a move on. Can't understand anyone placing a [substantial] deposit when this project is more stop than go.

Well I am certainly getting the heebie jeebies. I purchased the top three floors of each tower a while ago off plan. I was definitely told that those floors would be built first! Very worried!!!!

Yep it's a worry isn't it? Still, I feel I've already done well with my Chelsea Barracks houses.
