Probably, yes

Also, information from Heerim says that: "Crescent Hotel has been designed to symbolize a rising crescent moon hanging over the Caspian Sea."

Nice to see this finally proceeding! Is the main tower in any of the pictures above? And if so, which ones?

What the main tower do you mean? Crescent-like or the highest? Drilling works for highest one (Crescent city) have been completed, and it is expected to rise very soon. Crescent-like tower is on a stage of drilling - on the artificial island in Caspian sea. They will be the biggest piles in Azerbaijan with depth 70 m. All that you can see now is a construction of 8-storey podium with 3 subsea level for parking.

There are already 2 cranes at the onshore site!!! Cool!
It means the residential tower (as part of The Crescent Place) is going to rise very soon
It is very likely that there will be 3 cranes in one row - one for podium, one for residential tower, one for The Crescent city...

According to recent information The Cresent Place will be ready in January, 2015. The Crescent City - in May of the same year
By the way, drillng works in Crescent Hotel are provided with a biggest drilling rig. There are only 4 drilling rigs of this type have been manufactured in the World.
