NEW YORK | Marriott Hotel | 219m | 67 fl | Prep

A new building application was filed recently.

The buildings tenants have moved and they await demolition.

These buildings were decrepit holdovers from Times Square's ugly days.

The nice little buildings on 54th Street with the arched windows are not part of this project. Hopefully, they will be preserved by their owner.

nice little building?

that has to be one of the ugliest structures ive ever seen. even if its facade was refurbished, itd look horrible. IMO it is a building of no archiectural quality.

i hope it will be razed in order to make space for new and exciting buildings

Good news that a 200m+ is going to replace that building. Can't wait to see some renders.
