...14 storeys ra gyud if you count the floors...but nahimo og 16-stroreys because of the number assignment for each floor since nawala na man ang 4 og 14, gi-replace-san na lang sa numbers 15 and 16, hence, nahimong 16 storeys siya...

I think sa west. Chinese are not fond with the number 4s. That's why sa condo ni Henry Sy (SM Residences) - walang mga 4s, 14s, 24s and so forth. Pero most of the bldgs sa pinas, naay 4s, 13 ra ang wala. Ako, mas mahadlok pa ko sa 13 than sa 4s. I personally chose 14th floor man gani...ehehehehe as my unit's floor. Ok ra man, wa pa may ungo na akong nakit-an so far...aw basig kay u/c pa man gud pud ang bldg. lolz.

hehehe. dili pod siguro tanan floors for dialysis. sa akong pagsabot kay center man sya, naa pod dri nagtapok mga clinic sa specialista sa mga naay kidney problems etc. catering the whole southern mindanao, if not the whole mindanao, siguro ok ra ni nga investment.

i was able to talk to the owner of the dialysis center (a client based from the US) and they'll only be occupying the first floor of the building. the good thing is, they're aiming to become the largest facility within the vizmin area with the most number of equipments (second only to manila).

as for the remaining floors, at least 2 floors will be for the doctors' clinic. a review center is also planned which also includes a dormitory for reviewers. they have also received inquiries from foreign call center operators.
