It's great to see you are proud and excited, willing to contribute to SSC. But I would first like to ask that you stop using capitals and unnecessarily large text in your posts.

What is surprising is the destination boards, which are clear to read, electronic, and is reminiscent of the headboards found in Hong Kong buses.

Most of the time in Mainland China, the route number and destination is on a sticker strip, with a little route number in a circle.

The format adopted by Guilin Buses certainly gets my nod of approval.

I'm guessing that the first buses you posted were built by the Guilin-Daewoo Joint Venture.

Does the company employ many people in Guilin?

Very nice! Better than the bus I was sitting in when I was going from Guilin to Yangshuo last year

Btw when I was in Guilin, half the roads of the city where under construction, is that finished now? It was a nightmare to sit in a hot bus with all the traffic being stuck.
