It is for people who are used to more than 40 degree Celsius temperatures.

That's true... It is amazing how quickly you become acclimatised, let alone the people that are born and raised in those climates. Whilst not quite to the extremes of Saudi, when I was working in Florida, I remember wearing a jacket in February because it felt bitterly cold, but it was something like 18 Celsius, which would have been lovely in the UK! - G

Your right, and that works in reciprocal as well- I lived near the border of Canada, and in the spring, people would be dressed in shorts and t-shirts when it was -5c. But they usually got -40c or more every winter, so they were used to it.
But back on topic, a question- how many floors still have to be completed? The core is T/O, but how many floorplates still have to be completed?

At first glance I thought you lived in Riyadh, here in Riyadh temperature can not become 20, only in the late winter .. Most regions of the Kingdom hottest temperatures reach 23 .. Temperatures in Riyadh could be up to 3 degrees!! You must know that in the rainy winter is different from winter in the desert area .. There are differences

sorry for my bad english 😬
