Is the public never allowed to enter the little park?

Yehh, I suppose it would be a suicidal mission just trying to get across the road, but anyway

I heard that the reason for thew blue color on the flag is because we allied with France and to show loyalty we added the blue color

(I may be wrong)

For the Victory Monument, it is ORIGINALLY the monument commemorate
the victory AGAINST French Indochina durign the Indochina War of 1940-1941.
Later on, it has to accommodate the names of those fallen comrades of Northwestern Army (AKA Kong Thab Phayap) during the WWII (1941-1945) and those Little Tiger Regiment (AKA Krom Phayak Noy) which now become "Queenspark Ranger" [Taharn Suea Phra Rachinee] during Korean War (1950-53). You can see the names thsoe fallen comrades at natiohnal Memorial at Norhtern Bangkok Suburb if you cannot come to see theri name at Victory Monument.

The Monument is the composition of 5 Bayonets to form the 50-m tall Obelisk striking into the Sky ... and 5 Bronze Monument as the represnetative of Army (Soldier with Helmet and Backpack carrying Type 66 Rifle), Navy (Sailor carrying Cannon Shell), Air Force (Pilots with a Bomb), Police (uniformed Police with Leen Enfield rifle), and civilians (uniformed men with books)

Ai Buk Aquamadoor, That's REALLY SUCK! Where in the HELL you get
such kind of Information, ?! I'm NOT VERY Impressed - REALLY Pissed Off!
If you ACTUALLy BELIEVE such kind of rumour, I think I SHOULD fix and
strike the Bayonets right to YOU since iti is QUITE an INSULT to the
National Flag (Thogn Trairong).

I liked it better in 1946-the place looked much more organized.
BTW, what do you think is more important with white buildings: the design of the buildings or the color of the windows?
