Alleged final design. They didn't credit the source.

the new design is pretty good and I like the skywalk to the 1st phase shipyard redevelopment.

KPF released the design on their Weibo blog:

It's now called CITIC Ruibo.

250m + 238m
It will be completed in 2017.

Tower 1 (250m) has already been sold to ICBC and will be their new HQ.

it is a good height and the design is great too, nothing compared to the first approaches though, but nice nontheless and will dense the pudong skyline up a bit more.

Looks like Rubik's cubes piled on top of each other. The original style was much bolder.

Updates from the past two weeks:

01. Towers rising steadily

02. Here the entire refurbishment of this part of the Huangpu Bank, towers are visible in the back of the picture.

03. The entire area will be transformed.

04. Really great that this factory(?) alongside the river will be preserved and renovated (see photo 2), is China learning from it's mistakes in the past?

05.

06.

07.

08.

09. And some more area's alongside the river need to get refurbished.

Is the height confirmed? They look like twin towers now, but there will be a difference in height?

IMO it's really good that these river banks are undergoing development. Except for the Bund (and maybe the opposite side of there), the Riverside is not well developed at all. Looking forward to see this area finished.
