But I agree with patchay on height restriction, MidValley is very close to the Sg. Besi Airport anyway... Probably explains why it's hard to build a supertall in that area!

i thought that the sg. besi airport will be redevelop soon...probably they should wait a few years so that they can build a supertall tower in the future..

Louis Vuitton to open at The Gardens Mall

KUALA LUMPUR: Louis Vuitton will be opening its third store in the country at The Gardens Mall, Mid Valley City, in the second half of this year.

The store will be located on the ground floor of the mall and will occupy a space of 540 sq metres.

They should make full use of that last piece of land to build taller offices and more car park please. BTW, they just completed the relocation of car park's Bangsar exit to anticipate Mid Valley 3. Hopefully it is going to start soon.
