From a hole in the ground in September to glass nearly reaching the top in July. Fantastic. Good progress on the hotel as well.

This building is simple, but good. Good fill... I like it. The coating is also good...

It doesn't need to be exciting. It's plain, pure class. being a minimalist, this is one of my favourite buildings in NYC. It's at a perfect height and location so that it is still prominently seen from the highway, but it is not so overbearing. A perfect building.
