Right on Robert. New York only needs a few signature towers which stand out. Tower Verre, One57, 2WTC, The Hudson Yards Towers are all very beautiful supertalls and will perfectly fit in the skyline. There's absolutely no need for every highrise to be hypermodern. On the contrary, every city needs normal, well sized skyscrapers and highrises which all bring balance to the skyline.

That's why this project is totally fine by me, and even more so because what we can expect from the cladding.

this building should fly up. Symmetrical and repetitive. Decking is nice and square, whole sheets. Easy peasy.

they should do a floor and a half every week, once they get really rolling.

i like it, classic and great proportions. boxes can be nice too only the base is a let down...
