Was the site effected by the flooding this year? That part of the city centre seems quite high above the river?

At 249m it will be Brisbane's tallest building (roof height) - although Riparian with it's antenna already reaches 250m...

Nah, no flooding here as far as I know...the directly opposite side of the river (South Brisbane, West End) on the other hand...

I imagine it would be similar to Meriton's other project, Soleil.

The prices for Soleil are

One Bedroom apartments (lower floors) priced from $346,000
Two Bedroom apartments priced from $489,000
Two Bedroom plus study apartments from $529,000
Three Bedroom apartments (higher floors) priced from $774,000
