Sure Moscow have many problems with infrastructure.

But Moscow have many faces, rich and poor, even separate districts look like really different cities/towns.

Not true. You need written permission only if you want to make professional photosession.

oh it's kind of weirdness....In the Russian-language version of the Moscow Metro site i read that video and photo shooting wasn't allowed.
But in the Englisb version of the Moscow Metro site was written that "Amateur photography (without professional or stationery equipment) is allowed"(Simply In Russian Rules of the Metro i can't find it)
