There are still units available. I checked their scale models and they are still preselling units sa first phase ng Parkway. I have some construction photos but I have yet to upload them. Selling price by the way is around 85K/sqm, zero downpayment.

On the right of the photo is the future site for the Phase2 of the project.

The worker said the owner is Bayani Fernando's son. I have to verify this info though. I had the chance to chat with 2 young fellows - workers at the site under BF. I gathered lots of firsthand info from these folks. Mainly about their employment with the developer.

hehe...kaw naman pinagtatawanan mo ako. did you mean Parkway? or yung 2nd phase sa kanan ng 3rd photo? no idea pa kung kelan, i'm sure that's not too soon. foundation pa lang kasi ang 2nd tower ng Parkway. sabi ng mga nakausap kong workers. nakakatuwa sila. pinakita pa sa kin yung payslip nung isa. tinatanong ko kasi sila kung merong life insurance, SSS, etc.

2nd phase. pond pa lang siya ngayon, na unearth na yung area, but it has stopped right there. phase 1 muna siguro tatapusin. no idea of the timeline. i will ask the agent.

Yung site ng Parkway... It was an old, old project that was shelved after they already excavated for it. It has been a hole since I was a kid, they just filled it with water a few years ago to make it somewhat like a pond with some fishes. Good thing MEG got the lot already excavated, at least there'd be less work to do.

Walang pond malapit sa Farmer's Market. Meron sa tabi ng Farmer's Plaza, yung Uniwide hukay. Kaso it's not really a pond kasi unlike the Manhattan Parkview hukay, the Uniwide hukay doesn't have a continuous supply of water to keep it filled. The Uniwide hukay only becomes a pond during the rainy season.

and looks like tower 3 isn't that far behind. may bars na sa tower 2., while sa tower 3 halos ready na simulan.

on tower 1., nakalagpas na siya ng podium.

kung matagal na yan hukay may tubig di malambot ang lupa ng parkway at dapat tibayan nila ang foundation para hindi magiba

i am quite sure the engineers who designed this complex have thought of that. we should give that much credit to them. i'm sure they know what they're doing. anyhow, i surely don't know any technical aspect of a skyscaper that's why i always keep my mouth shut. cheers to the engineers.
