hey guys, manhattan garden city's showroom is NOW OPEN.
BIGnacio- you cant swap your property kasi ibang account pa rin yun.
Araneta Center is very much strict in terms of specifications and details on the project.

mykzz- i do know that it is a different acct. but the same developer, it is a matter of transferring infos. paper chase on people who wants to make money, eliminate the chase and you will have a better handle on your transactions.

22.5 sqm???? studio???? di ba maliit?? wala ka pa bang info on the whole details and can you share the rest of it para me idea kaming prospectors if it is really a good investment or not.

BIGnacio- Hindi pwede yung swapping of property po. Though we are under a company, hiwalay pa rin ung accounting of all the transactions that were done by an affiliate company sa parent company.

check your email for the floor layout and building design.
Unit floor areas(sqm) vary from 22.5,26,28(w/o balcony)30.5,33.5,40.5,41.5,50.5,53.5,55,59,78.5(with balcony) or even a PENTHOUSE! (588 sqm)

In terms of investment, its really a good investment because its at the araneta center-- and this where the LRT2 and MRT3 intersects, kaya very accessible

Presenting the Manhattan Garden City at the Araneta Center

Araneta Center Inc. together with Megaworld—the country’s foremost property developers with projects that include the Eastwood City Walk and the IBM Plaza—will design, plan and construct 20 retail and residential towers, comprising a total of 8,500 units within Araneta Center.

The project will be the first of its kind in the Philippine real estate as Araneta Center boasts of being the only mixed-use complex where the two major light rail transit systems—the MRT 3 and the LRT-2—intersect.

A focal point of the project is the three-story high garden walkway that will interconnect all the buildings and bring unit owners within easy walking distance of the two train stations.

mukhang mga toys yung buildings... comical ang dating. para siyang spoof na di ko magets. well, at least it's better than nothing...

they should make the tallest buidling a bit bigger and a bit more taller para medyo iconic ang dating.
