Man that stadium looks amazing, I cant wait to check it out next summer! Here in Toledo this weekend we had an event at fifth third field (a race for breast cancer i believe?) glad to see our minor league stadiums being used in the off season for events like this. Still hoping to see movies played at our stadium or even a concert

Yeah, there is no reason not to put these stadiums to their full potential. Glad to hear Toledo is keeping their stadium uses dynamic as well. This helps contribute to record attendance which was just set at Parkview Field.

"Through September, more than 377,000 paying fans went to Parkview Field for ballgames, a Bob Dylan concert, social functions and business conferences"

"Total attendance – both paid and unpaid – for the TinCaps was 408,044, topping the record of 407,394 set in 2010."

pretty good for a lower level minor league team!! Toledo had its 4th best attendance in its 10 yr history this year (And we we're like 20 games below .500) So that pretty much proves that it doesnt take a brand new stadium or a winning team to draw good crowds! Our ECHL hockey team (The Walleye) just announced they will play an outdoor game at fifth third field during the 2014 season. Cant wait to see that!

A hockey game at the field...sounds awesome! Maybe we could see something similar at Parkview Field someday with the Komets.
