Armenia Projects and Construction Glendale Hills
The underground mall, consisting of 111 commercial units, is located on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd underground levels of the first and second buildings. The total area of the mall is 6576.7 sq, while the shops vary from 20.6 sq to 471.4 sq. Directly in the middle of first and second buildings is a triangle-shaped, glass entrance to the escalator which leads to the underground shopping mall. The complex is situated in the heart of Yerevan’s business district, thus exposed to countless visitors. Upon completion, the commercial units are put into operation with ready interiors; customers may choose from a variety of cosmetic interior options. The electrical components are installed in accordance with the professional electrical draft of the building. Heating arrangements are made without the heating devices provided. Flooring consists of high-quality, pressed granite. Sales of shopping and commercial centers are in process. The complex will be put into operation on December 2011. Location of the building: The mall will be built in Yerevan’s 33rd district, in the area between Hanrapetutyan alley, Chaikovsky, Tigran Mets, and Khanjyan streets, with a total area of 54000 sq. The total area of the mall is 6,576 sq. Technical Details: The building has a cast concrete structure with a carcass constructive structure and built to withstand up to 9 points of seismic activity. The width of the exterior walls is 500 mm, while interior walls are 200 mm thick. The building is supplied with gas and evacuation exits, which are made of fire resistant materials. The height of the ceilings in the commercial units is 3.9 m, while the height of the shop windows is 3 - 3.3 m. The electrical components are installed in accordance with the professional electrical draft of the building. Heating arrangements are made without the heating devices provided. Flooring consists of high-quality, pressed granite.
