The work that was started last Sunday and who are within five yards of the Republic, taking into account the concern of Kinshasa to give an attraction, a place of leisure par excellence, a place we visit mandatory when visiting the Congolese capital.

Work is to be done in and around the following site, which is the current Congolese parliament building. (However, soon or later, this building will need to be returned to the people and the parliament will need to build its own building since this building was originally designed to accommodate the population).

With a total area of approximately 20 hectares, the space to be developed benefits from access facilities due to the presence of converging traffic lanes that connect the different sectors of the capital.

It is very important to let only Congolese handle the design and construction of these symbolic monuments, it looks like the government is doing that is very good news. They need to show faith in the population.

Those old colonial monuments should either be put in a slavery museum or destroyed completely - i prefer to destroy all colonial monuments, no need to have them

Exactly,

It's not hard to build that. not hard at all. they should given it to Congolese to build it.
But Congolese are damn slow when it comes to building things. it would take Congolese three times more the time the Chinese

Chinese :6 months, Congolese 18 months.

Point on. I don't want them in any public areas. Museum or reduce them to ashes.

Actually, they will design and build the monuments. Thats why the Minister said it must be "Original ".

There will be one at the Palais du peuple and one at the Gare Central. where the human scum used to be. the Chinese are just doing the Boulevards and the area together with OVD.
