if you are refering to southern phils, IMO stil ACC is the best mall. but if you refering to cebu city ra, i think mandaue is already part of northern cebu. mao ng ga libog ko unsa nga "south" imong pasabot. nice ra sa gawas ang j center, wala paman gud na open tanan mao dili pa gyud nako ma appreciate kaayo. naay part sa likod nga open space pero dili paman siya accessible sa public. sa taas pud murag naay open space pero wala nako na try og tanaw.

well,maybe you're right, it's because ACC is always in the state of mind of the ayala's as evolving mall, in every 3-5 years there will be a thorough renovation in any part of the wings of ACC, but J mall is kinda unique and beautiful as is she was built, if you compare the new malls in the country maybe i could say J mall tops them all.

anyway, who owns J mall?

az en! bongga kaayo ang mandaue. there are 3malls underconstruction. colonnade, gaisano og insular... then for lacion naa sad ang SM...
