Congolese resisted Aunthecity [ during the Culture revolution ] by Mobutu regime in the 1970s.

It all started with [ Zairianizing]Every stree, avenue, boulevard, every city, every state lake, and replacing every Colonial monument/statue and every school.

Every colonial name was bannished, every Congolese was forbiden to wear ties and western Suites , they were forced to have at least a Bantu last name.

Now the revolution is being revived by the new generation.

Doesn't look very authentic to me. Those hats, spaghetti tops and body-hugging bottoms look suspicously western.

the ones that you call western, are made in Congolese Fabrics , by Congolese modern designs.
