It is interesting, how there appeared a monument to the Russian writer Maxim Gorky?

Here is a very similar monument to Gorky in Yalta:

Explain please, why the new temple in Sochi has bad proportions, bad scale, bad decorative elements, kitsch. It's like another hasty hanging labels to Russian architecture. The new Church of Christ in Sochi is designed in the classic Byzantine style. This type of temples were built hundreds. They all have different proportions are slightly different decor.

Here are a few examples for comparison:

St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in Sofia, Bulgaria, Russian architect A. Pomerantsev
.

The naval Cathedral of St. Nicholas in Kronstadt near St. Petersburg, architect V. Kosyakov
.

Ascension Cathedral in Novocherkassk in the area of Rostov-on-don, architect A. Yashchenko
.

Several Orthodox churches in the Russian province:
.

.

All these temples were built in the second half of the 19th century.
But it is a new Church in Sochi during the construction:

Where is the bad proportions and kitsch???

And in General, what criteria do You assess the proportions and kitsch?
May You have a special tool for measure. Show your professionalism when evaluating complex angles, please

How to assess this example? The famous house in Vienna, architect Hundertwasser:

A religious group in Brazil called the Heralds of the Gospel ("Arautos do Evangelho") have built two castles in the whereabouts of São Paulo (city of Mairiporã, in the northern hills of Cantareira). They look quite astounding, but unfortunately there are very few pictures since they are quite secluded. Some I found on the internet:

(Humberto Müller - Panoramio)

After completion of this "temple":

(Andreom - Panoramio)

Although I am not crazy about them, since they are extreme right-wing roman catholics, they look kinda funny, walking around as if they truly are medieval knights or something, even in the hottest summer days.

I find it hilarious how people post Kitsch crap on here that has the same architectural quality as any suburban shopping mall, or suburban mcmansion, and then whoever posted it whines alot about how the person is being too judgmental, snotty, etc.

I'm just saying, A Styrofoam looking mound with a really lousy interpreted column or two is NOT Traditional revival (unless on this forum where I might as well start posting Mies Van der Rhoe, or whoever built all of the tract lots here in suburban Richmond.

I never said it wasn't (I personally hate those pastiches from here or from Russia, as well as those Chinese replicas), I just think a free aggression is a stupid response. I would never use the word "crap" in a first contact, or WORSE, dropping hints as a way of "undervaluing" others - mainly when I don't even know their opinion on something!

I don't even know why I even contributed to this forum, a little difference of opinion (or a mere misinterpretation, as I see happened here) generates such a convulsion from some people... Or maybe it was just the will to see this happening, since I really find it amusing when people vomit their hatred out of such a dull issue!

Don't worry too much what people post, they'd never say it aloud. Rather keep posting interesting examples!

Another nice one from Berlin, Germany - it's called Klostergärten (Abbey Gardens):

Those look pretty interesting. I've been very curious about the order, but what I can't seem to understand is why the use the Novus Ordo Mass instead of the Tridentine Mass like most traditionalist groups.
