***Can anyone confirm where this building is and whether or not it is new? The stone appears to be in too pristine of condition to be that of a revitalization project.

Maybe it would be better if we change the rules so we could put another one that clarifies that this thread also consists buildings with pseudo historic look, so there will be no more noise over here, only votes for those who look good.
I dont think we are in need of a new threat at all as Hed Kandi is constantly violating his own rules, and after all, those bad examples still make up great for discussion

Definitly a new building as its total out of proportion, archaic detail and just looks kitch. Looks like those build in Skopje...

Lately a lot of tuff you posted is not historic, but traditional.

I agree. It is definitely a new kitsch building even though the material quality is quite good.

Do you know of some example of newly interpreted traditional architecture by which I mean that all characteristics of tradition are respected in a good taste, but that some noticeable details are done with some dose of originality making the whole building both traditional and new?

As stated earlier on, if you are able to find better examples than what has already been shown, then please do post.

If not, I kindly suggest that you reserve your critique.
