Probably, since it was Fadesa who built it (aka. one of the most dishonest Spanish construction companies)

Thanks very much for this info. At the moment I'm having difficulty in streaming but I will get back to it another time, sounds extremely interesting and informative. As an architectural historian it would be a dream come true to see a full blown "classical" revival in contrast to some of the really freaky designs which are once again, like the bad old dreary 60's and 70's, destroying our built environment.

Actually this building is totally new, old buildings - former Kirikov's apparments ( built 1881-1883, expanded 1910-1914) were demolished in 2006-2008.
Still facade of a new building looks quite similar. Old buildings:
