Most of the American and British examples look really good. Sometimes one can hardly even distinguish them from genuinely old buildings.

I also can't see what's so bad about that Sullivan Building.

It's not among my fav styles, but it's alright - proportions, materials and details look apt. Though it's a little hard judging by only one rather small image. Little worried by the windowless wall, but well.
