Newly finished building (jan 2015) in Tallinn, Estonia. The area is called Kadriorg (Catherine´s valley) and the architect is Allan Strus

This is a newly built addition to Cardozo High school in Washington D.C. by Hartman Cox Architects.

I hope to not offend any Ukrainian users here but the massive amounts of traditionalist buildings being erected in Kiev begs the question of where is the city getting money from to embark on such a building spree? I understand Ukraine is going through an increasingly difficult situation but it doesn't seem to stop Kiev from building so much. Is it a city that is going through a good moment while the rest of the country decays? Sorry for the off topic.

Very interesting! What's that bigger structure going to look like (pic 3, still covered)? The model puzzles me, it's like it's pretty much out of touch with the classical base of the complex.

That's because it is not an entirely new building. The existing structure was a fairly dreary modernist box. They retained some of the box and are building significant additions to it.
